The addition of this large rear extension to create a new kitchen and garden room to this listed Cotswold property has transformed this large Cotswold House.

A listed building it is thought the property was once a school. The entire project involved the complete renovation of the property and the conversion of the loft spaces to habitable, extensive landscaping to the rear and the Kitchen and Garden Room extension.

Where other architects had failed to unlock this design conundrum we were able to design an addition that enhances and adds to the character of the existing building to create an absolutely stunning country home.

Extensive excavations of the existing bank to the rear of the house enabled the extension and the creation of a sunny south facing terrace.

Employing a heavy oak truss and Venetian window to the kitchen area with a lantern light and french doors facing south the final result is a bright, airy and uplifting addition which enhances and transforms this fine Cotswold Property.
